GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All our bakes can be pre-ordered 3 days in advance, however, please note that due to our limited kitchen capacity, we reserve the right to CANCEL ANY orders WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE SO IT IS ADVISABLE to place your orders IN ADVANCE. Any changes/cancellation will not be accepted and no refunds will be given. Kindly get in touch with us for bulk orders via email at hello@thefatkidbakery.com. Full payment must be made before an order can be processed.

COLLECTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In the event that you do not collect your orders by the end of the selected working day, the products will be disposed and no refund will be given.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Local delivery fees are chargeable at $15 per location for orders below 200 bombos. This does not include highly restricted areas such as Jurong Island, PSA ports, army camps, airport terminals etc. Self-collection of baked goods are available at The Fat Kid Bakery indicated pick up location.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We deliver island-wide, including Sentosa, but excluding highly restricted areas such as Jurong Island, PSA ports, army camps, airport terminals etc. Orders will be sent out for delivery between 1pm to 5pm. In the event that a delay occurs due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, traffic, vehicle breakdown), no refund will be made even if the order arrives later than anticipated. If no one is present at the delivery destination to recieve the order, no refund will be given.

If a wrong delivery address has been provided, and re-delivery is required on the same day, a surcharge of $15 will be added (and payable via Paynow to UEN202040207G). If a wrong delivery address has been provided, and re-delivery is required on another day, a new order will need to be made and paid for. No refund on the original order will be made. If the recipient refuses to accept the product, the order will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be given (unless the product was severely damaged during transportation).
